Allen was born and raised in Port Alberni, British Columbia. Allen moved to Grande Prairie and attended GPRC before completing a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management from the University of Northern British Columbia. He then went on to the University of Victoria where he obtained his law degree.
In law school, Allen focused heavily on Indigenous Law. He also participated in The Law Centre Clinical Program where he gained experience in Criminal Law.
Allen joined Dobko & Wheaton in 2019 as an articling student and began developing a general practice. Allen’s preference is civil litigation and family law. In 2020, he joined the firm as an associate.
Allen spends his free time with his family and enjoys exploring the backroads of the Alberta and Northern British Columbia.
